Finding your quality virtual staff

  1. Register with Brainstorm Virtual.

  2. Include your company details and the full job description with the hours/days you require and the salary you wish to pay.

We will contact you to fully discuss your requirements.
 
We will interview, shortlist and send  3 – 4  suitable candidates within a short space of time.

You will then decide whom you want to interview.  We will set up these ‘virtual interviews’ for you.

When your decision is made, you will send a Letter of Offer to us and we will send the offer to the candidate and negotiate if necessary. Once signed, the Letter of Acceptance will follow.

  • References checks/ITC/Academic and Criminal Checks will be done if requested.

  • Brainstorm will then send you an Invoice for the agreed % fee, which must be paid within 7 days.

  • If the contract is renewed for up to 1 year, Brainstorm will levy an invoice/s.
