The Founder

Dale Orelowitz (Managing Director, Brainstorm) is a Recruitment Specialist with over 29 years’ experience.  In 1993 she launched and ran Staff Wise for 11 years. Dale then joined an Executive Search Company where she remained for 7 years, working in every area of the business.

In 2011, Dale launched her own Recruitment Company, Brainstorm to provide clients with the benefit of her broad-based knowledge and experience in this field.  Dale and her skilled team, handle an exclusive portfolio of clients, enabling them to give ‘one-on-one’ personal, hands-on service.
