Since our inception, Brainstorm Search & Recruitment has been totally focused on building a quality search practice.

Brainstorm offers professional recruitment and human capital acquisition, focusing on proactively sourcing the highest caliber executives, senior and middle managers across all business disciplines and industry categories.

 

The Founder

Dale Orelowitz (Managing Director, Brainstorm) is a Recruitment Specialist with over 29 years’ experience.  In 1993 she launched and ran Staff Wise for 11 years. Dale then joined an Executive Search Company where she remained for 7 years, working in every area of the business.

 

Our Key differentiator

In 2011, Dale launched her own Recruitment Company, Brainstorm to provide clients with the benefit of her broad-based knowledge and experience in this field.  Dale and her skilled team, handle an exclusive portfolio of clients, enabling them to give ‘one-on-one’ personal, hands-on service. The ability to deliver streamlined, excellent service, without huge overheads or ‘search’ fees will be the key differentiator from other recruitment companies. 

 

Every client that Brainstorm engages with, will have an outsourced recruitment resource who really understands their business and culture.  Someone they can rely on to deliver excellent candidates, within a short space of time. 

 

Our Philosophy

At Brainstorm, our philosophy is to develop and maintain long-lasting partnerships /relationships with our select clients and candidates.  We aim to develop an in depth understanding of each client’s operation and human capital needs, through comprehensive interviews with all the stake-holders. Strategic questions will be asked to really understand what skills, culture and type of candidate would make the ‘perfect’ fit.

 

We deliver excellent, appropriate candidates across the board, in the quickest possible time, by using advanced “search” techniques as well as the reliable ‘head-hunting’ methods. Comprehensive interviews with all candidates will be conducted.
